Do I really need this kind of help?

Personal assistance is a great fit for anyone who’s looking for a little extra support with daily routines, errands, or staying organized. Whether you’ve recently retired, recovering from surgery, managing life solo, or simply ready to simplify your day-to-day, we’re here to help make life feel easier and more enjoyable.

Do you take insurance?

We are a private-pay service, but in some cases, long-term care insurance policies may reimburse for household help. We’re happy to assist you in reviewing your policy or checking your benefits to see what might be covered.

Is there a long-term contract or minimum number of hours?

There’s no long-term contract required. You simply agree to pay for the services provided, with a service agreement outlining your chosen services and our rates so we’re all on the same page from the start. You can work with your assistant on a schedule that works for you. There is a one-hour minimum for each visit.

What if I’m not comfortable having someone in my home?

We completely understand — inviting someone into your personal space is a big step. That’s why we carefully match each client with an assistant based on personality, needs, and location. Every team member is background checked and vetted, and we begin with an in-person meet-and-greet so you can get to know each other before the first visit. Over time, many clients tell us their assistant becomes one of the most trusted people in their life.

I don’t want to be a burden to my family. Can this help?

Yes, and in the most beautiful way! Hiring a personal assistant allows you to maintain your independence while also giving your family peace of mind. Many clients tell us it feels empowering to have consistent support that’s just for them — without needing to ask their loved ones for help.

What happens if my assistant isn’t available and I need help?

We have a team of wonderful, dependable personal assistants ready to step in whenever needed. If your usual assistant is unavailable, we’ll make sure another trusted team member is there to support you so you’re never left without help.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. If that’s not possible, a one-hour fee will apply. We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when unexpected changes come up.
